CineArt AI Limited is a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of our consulting and product work, and we handle it in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. Every update email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also just reply asking to be removed.
CineArt AI builds internal assistant tools for our own team. Where these tools connect to third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn), they do so through the platform’s official APIs, authenticated by the individual team member’s own account with their consent (for example via OAuth). Actions are taken on that member’s own behalf at low volume. We do not scrape platform data through these integrations, we do not post on a member’s behalf without their standing consent, and we do not sell or share data obtained through them with third parties.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and store data on our behalf, in the following categories:
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, protected by access controls and encryption in transit. Our providers hold recognised security certifications for the infrastructure they run for us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable, proportionate steps to protect your data and will inform you and the ICO of any breach where the law requires it.
This site does not use advertising cookies. It may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance, and standard functional cookies where you interact with forms.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with it and maintain our records. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required by law (for example for accounting purposes).
Our services are aimed at businesses and working professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
We do not use your personal data to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not profile you.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to restrict or object to our processing of it; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date above. If we make a material change to how we use your data, we will tell you directly where we reasonably can.
