Sentinel: what we buildwhen being wrong is expensive.
Monitoring platforms send everything, so your analysts read nothing. Sentinel takes the opposite path: it watches the sources that matter to you, classifies everything against a risk framework your organisation writes and owns, and alerts only the people who need to know — with a full evidential trail behind every alert. In live national-scale production as Sentinel-INSI, our product’s implementation for the International News Safety Institute.
- i.Fewer alerts, the right ones. Every item scored against your written categories with severity tiers — precision tuned in production, not promised. Change what you watch for, and it is watching for it on the next run.
- ii.Answers you can forward. A grounded assistant over everything held. An answer that cannot cite a real retrieved source is rejected in code before anyone sees it — output that can go to a board, an insurer, a regulator or counsel.
- iii.The record, when it matters. Every alert and briefing timestamped and sourced. When the question is “what did we know, and when?”, the answer is a record, not a reconstruction from inboxes.
- iv.One engine, your framework. The same platform serves executive and staff threat monitoring, duty of care, regulatory horizon scanning, competitive intelligence, litigation and matter monitoring, and portfolio monitoring — because what changes is the framework, not the code.
